TBU Segment 1 – Pre-Segment Lesson: Learning Key Guide
TaskBullet University starts off its Module Series with its Soft Skills TBU Segment 1 – Pre-Segment Lesson.
This Module series targets to get yourself professionally prepped to amplify your soft skills potential and your people skills. This Soft Skills Pre-Segment Lesson descriptively presents the Key Guides that will mold Learners’ habits in their soft skills learning journey. It focuses on the key actions one needs to do, to prepare oneself physically, mentally, and psychologically for learning and eventually for working.
In this lesson also known as the Learning Key Guides lesson, we present the correlation between a person’s eating, hydrating, rest, and sleeping habits to the brain’s physiological health, maximized mental capacity for cognitive load, and cognitive tolerance.
Small actions we do daily can either help or stagnate our brain. This is why we need to correct small actions and habits that we do, that disallow the brain to function, grow, and stay healthy. Of course, also added are the common actions we already do, that we may not be aware of, but are good measures in keeping the brain at its optimum functional level.
Also in this Soft Skills Pre-Segment Lesson, information on how our brain uptakes, stores, and recalls learning and knowledge is also given. We heeded more on the effects of subconscious visual stimuli on the brain that help our brain uptake learning based on how our physiological neurotransmitters react. We believe that by understanding the normal habitat of the brain and its functions, we can better hone skill sets during the brain’s peak performance.
Having to engage in protecting and harnessing health and well-being to our brain, we can say that we are on our way to making ourselves prepared, not only for the physical brain but also for our mental health, in having to “age with grace”.
Our brain load is maximized if we are exposed to the right amount of cognitive load that our physical brain can tolerate. To help our brain cope, we set realistic goals and expectations, and we track our progress through completion records of to-do’s and lesson activities.
Preparatory and post-learning activities are discussed in this lesson because we believe that physical preparedness is important to ensure that our body, mind, and psyche are all attuned to comprehend a day’s lesson.
All these are presented and explained in this Learning Deck, Segment 1 – Pre-Segment Lesson: Learning Key Guide. So if you are ready for this Journey, hop on, engage yourself, and open your mind to great ideas.
