This activity equips you to explore and compare three leading platforms: ClickUp, Airtable, and Asana.  Through research and scenario-based application, you’ll discover which tool best suits your content creation needs.

Your Task:

Imagine you’re a freelance VA working with a growing health and wellness blog.  The blog is expanding its content strategy to include a mix of articles, infographics, and video interviews with fitness experts. Currently, the team relies on email and basic to-do lists to manage content creation, leading to confusion and missed deadlines.

Your task is to delve into the world of project management tools and assess ClickUp, Airtable, and Asana based on the following key areas:

  • Task Management: How effectively does each platform handle task creation, assignment, and tracking?  Do they offer features like subtasks, deadlines, and progress tracking?
  • Collaboration:  How well do these tools facilitate teamwork?  Do they offer features like chat channels, task comments, and document sharing within the platform?
  • Workflow Customization: Can you tailor the platform to fit the specific workflow of the health and wellness blog?  Does it allow for custom views, automation of tasks, or creation of unique project templates?
